  35 minute wait for two drinks. The order got lost twice and we ended up just canceling the order and we'll have to do a charge back on our card because we couldn't wait any longer for someone to figure out how this works.

  Showed up at 9:23 pm. They don’t close until 11pm. When I get to the speaker at the drive-thru, they don’t say anything for 5 minutes. After saying hello multiple times on the speaker, a woman finally says, “We are not taking orders anymore.” No further explanation or even an apology. They looked fully staffed, and they wasted 20 minutes of my own time sitting in the drive-thru. Absolute horrendous service here.

  The food at this location has been okay, but I've ordered iced coffee there several times hoping the times before would be improved upon, and it just tastes like melted creamer every time. There just isn't much coffee in it. I don't know why they're mixing it the way they do, and I found out they premix a whole bunch of it so you can't ask them to change anything. Owner - please please please put coffee in my coffee! This cold brew is way overpriced and I don't know what I paid for. It just tastes like maybe half a cup of coffee thrown in a 44 oz of melted ice cream.

  When the car hop arrived with our food they informed us that their slushy machine was down and asked if we'd like a soda instead. I have plenty of soda at home and don't like paying extra to buy it with my food so I said no. I was expecting to be refunded for the drinks that I didn't receive but I have yet to see the money show up in my account. On top of that the food was terrible. Specifically the chicken strips the worst I've ever gotten. They were hard and cold and looks nothing like the ones advertised on the menu. Their burger was greasy also called and overall not appealing. Next time I'll take my $35 somewhere else to eat.

  After 30 plus minutes waiting in line to order gave up. Going to west valley location. Somehow it seems quicker than waiting out the 3 vehicles in front of me just to order. The order box being broken was a nice touch 👌
