    We went through drive thru and ordered 3 milkshakes. A master strawberry milkshake medium, classic strawberry medium and a small vanilla. What we received is a large classic strawberry, a medium classic strawberry and a small strawberry. So only one milkshake was correct in the whole order. It's not a surprise that this city of utah is hurting so bad. You drive around and most of the city has abandoned buildings and for lease signs.

    I only went here because I thought it would be a quick grab as we were in a hurry. We ordered, and the lady couldn't hear us despite me yelling at the board. Then she told me how much it would cost and I never got prompted to pay. She disappeared from the line and we heard her taking someone else's order. We then were asked to order 2 more times by different people and we kept telling them we'd already ordered. Eventually they figured out that our order was lost and just had us order again. It ended up taking more than 30 minutes from the time we pulled into our spot until we actually had our food. The food ended up just being ok.

    I hate to be this person because I've worked fast food before, but they are so slow with getting your order out! I ordered 3 slushes and it shouldn't take long at all! Not to mention, the person working the drive thru didn't come to the speaker right away. I waited a good 2-3 minutes. This is ridiculous! I've been waiting behind the car in front of me forever. They should have a separate area for orders that take a lot longer than usual. I know food is usually cooked fresh here. Have someone pull into the car hop spot. It would make things so much smoother!

    This is probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to, I honestly cant remember the last time I got fast food that was so poorly made, and so incorrect. The onion rings were so overcooked and falling apart, the hotdog from my chili dog looked old and was super dry, next to no chili or cheese, and my shake was literally just a cup of ice cream with the tiniest sprinkle of toppings, I didnt even get the extra toppings I paid extra money for. The entire order looked like not a single person cared about the quality of my food, or could be bothered to make it fresh or correctly. I get that a lot of people dont care about their jobs when it comes to fast food, and this is sonic so the bar is already on the floor, but this was just sad and gross. I'll drive few miles to go to another one next time.

    I placed an online order for 3 shakes. We waited about 15 minutes after checking in before an employee came out to our car to tell us that they were out of ice cream. The employee who approached the car only said they were out of ice cream and literally just stood there without offering any resolutions until we asked if it would be able to get a refund. they shook their head and walked back inside. we began to sit there for another additional 10 minutes waiting for confirmation on the refund. eventually someone from our group went inside to see what's going on and the staff was currently taking and making orders with ICE CREAM.... when asked why our order couldn't be made if they obviously have ice cream they were asked to leave the premises. it took someone going up to the building having to ask for the refund when it should have been refunded immediately and given a receipt.
