  food was absolutely garbage. where’s the seasonings??? the flavor??? my kid got chicken tenders, said he couldn’t taste anything. i could quite literally go to mcdonalds, or anywhere else, and get food with TASTE. worst food i’ve ever had.

  What a terrible experience! I ordered a hamburger, but they gave me the wrong thing—I’m allergic to jalapeños, and they added about three of them. It also had cheese sauce on it, and the food was cold. I was very disappointed; I thought it was going to be a good experience, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. The staff treats customers poorly, I didn't like my food at all, the service was abysmal, and the delivery took even longer than expected. I truly do not recommend this place.

  10/10 I loved this place as a kid and it hasn’t changed at all. 10/10 food it was amazing. 10/10 customer service shout out to my boy Steven.

  A Five-Star Experience at Smashburger! My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite today, and I honestly felt like I was at a full-service restaurant. The service was absolutely top-notch! We barely had time to sit down before our food arrived—I think it was maybe a minute flat. I had the bacon cheeseburger and my husband went with the mushroom swiss, both of which were delicious. We shared the smash fries and tots, and everything was hot and fresh. What really made the visit special, though, was our cashier, Steven. He was just the sweetest thing! He offered us water cups while we waited and personally brought our trays to the table. He checked back to see if we needed dipping sauces (we had to go with the fry sauce and smash sauce, of course!), and he even came by a third time to clear our table and offer us refills while we were chatting. Before we left, we treated ourselves to milkshakes for the road. I actually tried to hand Steven a $5 tip because he worked so hard, but he very humbly let me know they have a tip jar by the register instead. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality these days, especially in fast food. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back to see Steven again!
