  They're CLOSED UP for good! Serves them right for getting rid of their own drivers and going ONLY door dash.. People want to know they're getting their whole order, if at all. That's ok tho Papa John's will always have their own drivers you can count on and their pizza tho expensive, is so much better!

  I've ordered from the hut for years, even though there are cheaper options. However, I can no longer say I'll order delivery from here again. 20 minutes after my pizza was supposed to arrive I check outside to see if the driver is just lost and found my pizza sitting on the front step. Nobody knocked or rang the bell, I was literally 10 get from the door and bell. Nobody called. I literally have no idea how long my food was sitting outside my door. This is not acceptable, and I will not be ordering delivery from here again.

  I have recently started using this Pizzahut again and I have not used it in a year and a half and ill tell you what has it changed in the customer service and quality of food. These guys get backed up sometimes but ALAWAYS have a great attitude even when they have KARENS come in and yell at them. I will be using this location exclusively from this point on. The manager of the store definitely knows what she is doing. I dont remember her name but she is the lady that has her daughter working there along side her and they are a wonderful duo for sure.

  I placed my order for delivery yesterday at 8:04 pm it gave me an estimated time of 30 minutes to arrive. Since my order didn't arrive at 9:15 i called the location and they never picked up.. My husband went and got my kids mcdonalds. My pizza order arrived at 9:40pm !

  Best customer service I have ever received! I ordered through the app but the delivery was made by doordash only it was never delivered. I went to the store and explained the situation. Not only did Zach apologize for the error but he made me a new pizza and gave me store credit for the inconvenience. Zach is definitely one of the nicest people I have ever met. (Pretty sure I spelled his name wrong but he was working 8-18-2020 at 1pm)
