  These 5 stars are for Sarah, who is currently filling in for everyone….. off of a double!?! Staff calling out and leaving her in there alone to make everything!?!? Owners, I’m calling you out… treat Sarah right because that’ll be the last great worker this establishment will ever have. Thanks Sarah much love out to you! Anything else will get me banned…..

  Awful customer service. Tried calling to check on our late delivery. The number listed actually goes to an international call center where they can do nothing to help you. They tried transferring me to the "store" where it would just ring and ring. Tried this maybe 5-6 times and finally gave up. I had to drive to the store to actually speak to a local person. At this point, I just wanted a refund as I had already fed the kids. Come to find out, the store manager does not have the authority to issue a refund. They attempted to contact the "owner" with no answer to their repeated calls. Now I was left hungry, wasted about 2 hours of my time and still no refund. At this point I am simply left with the option of filing a fraud alert with my credit card. EDIT post response from the "owner": Obviously AI responding to the reviews. Same format as mine and Nick's. Stop going to Pizza Hut. We ordered Este Pizza from Sugarhouse; way better and local, and has a human being working for them.

  I don't know if all Pizza Huts have gone downhill (I used to love their pizza) or if it's just this location, because I haven't eaten at a Pizza Hut in years, but this was hands down the worst restaurant pizza I've ever eaten. I would get Little Caesars before I went back to this place. The lady that was working there was super nice, though.

  Worst customer service ever. An hour late to deliver food and unreachable via phone or their chat agent. Will literally never order Pizza Hut again *UPDATE* Corporate has outsourced that customer service and they're completely useless. The local store has outsourced their delivery and guess what, it sucks. Had to drive to the store, where I had to ask to get refunded for tip and delivery charge. Weird how the pizza was clearly sitting for a hour (barely still warm and cheese no longer melted, woo stuffed crust!) and yet I had to wait for the boneless wings (they also shorted me 4 wings)? Literally can't make this up... No more Pizza Hut for me...

  Gave this location a flier after doing the Domino's up the road for years. We made the wrong choice. The poor workers were completely overwhelmed, doordashers were backing up in the drive thru and lobby, and despite our pizza showing ready on the screen they didn't start making it until we were there. This is no way the fault of the employees. Ownership at this location needs to hire people ASAP. Pizza was overcooked and frankly disappointing, I am talking below Little Caesars quality. Crust stiff as a board and cheese low quality looking. Mozzarella sticks were probably the saddest looking things I've seen since the school lunch days. Seriously, save yourself the time and money, and get some better pizza 3 minutes up the road at the Domino's or Big Apple Pizzeria. Or anywhere else. Turns out pretty much anyone can out pizza the Hut.
