- ELEmily LuiJun 11, 20261.0I don’t know to write this— but it ended with an EMT visit. We asked about a very dangerous coconut allergy, and my sister was still served it. There was no digression between the smoothie that was unaffected and “specialized”. The staff of the Nordstrom e-bar did not come to check on her, no medical/first aid was applied. The staff made no effort to manage or assist in the situation. In addition, City Creek Medical did not have a single EpiPen. Honest mistake or not, I cannot understand how no active urgency was applied by the staff and city creek. The whole ordeal could have been avoided, if not dealt with more swiftly. The scariest part is we are from out of state, and had little to no way to navigate the help we needed.
