  Rafael the manger that worked today at 2:30 is EXTREMELY rude!! I understsnd being under pressure especially in a fast paced environment, but there is no excuse to be rude, impatient, and picky with customers! He had a red shirt on which let me know he works for management, which is extremely surprising considering he should lead by example! So many mcdonald get a bad rep for customer service and I belive it always starts with management and training. Rafael should be seriously reconsidered for this position or at least coached on his behavioral issues. I will also be in contact with corporate as it seems if he's managment and acts this way I dont think the problem will be solved. Thanks and have a better day! To add on my fries were cold i watched them sit in a bag while he waited to put the sandwiches in! It was a miss on customer service as well as quality which is really sad.

  I go here all the time for my lunch break and normally it's great but today I got back to work after eating in and looked over at my drink and there's a squishy white thing floating in my Dr pepper. I know they just had to clean out their ice machine in the lobby because the ice was coming out dirty and it seems they need to do it again.

  Everytime I order from here or even go there they forgot something. Even an entire meal, or they just mess something up. Worst service ever. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

  I usually avoid mcdonalds because its expensive and gross. Well I wanted to try the big arch meal. I ordered a large with coke no ice. Well I received a cold big mac with an even colder medium fry and a doctor pepper. It wasn't even busy so I dont understand how they got my order so wrong. No that its the restaurants fault but my straw wasn't even an actual straw.
