  I don’t typically complain, but I wanted to share a concerning experience from today (Sunday, 5/17/26 around 3 PM). I ordered four large dirty Dr Peppers and pulled up to the first window, but no one was there, so I proceeded to the second. The employee there took my payment—she wasn’t very friendly, but that wasn’t an issue. When the window reopened, the employee who took my order leaned out and, in a condescending tone, said, “For your future reference, you need to pay at the first window next time.” I explained I didn’t see anyone, but she insisted I had looked right at her. Before I could explain the window is covered with stickers, she spoke over me and continued scolding me in front of my family. I was surprised by her anger and attitude. She then rudely told me to pull forward. It seemed she came to the window just to confront me. My daughters felt uncomfortable and didn’t want the drinks. I went inside for a refund, but the manager showed no concern or interest, even after I explained the situation. We’re not seeking compensation, but this staff did not reflect well on your business or customer care.

  Very nice staff. Leilani took good care of us in the dining room. The cooks were also smiling at us too.

  This is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to. Food was fresh and fast.

  Not only was the order wrong but the humans working there are the most inept people to be employed at a McDonald’s and that’s a low bar. Good job on being awful. 🥰
