  Store #3984 - AMAZING EMPLOYEES! My son is ketogenic (this is how he controls his epilepsy). It really difficult for him to eat at restaurants or any kind because he has to weigh and measure all of his food every day. Three nice employees went above and beyond to help him today - they weighed the cheeses and meats, and measured the mayo and avocado for his lettuce wrap. Because of these employees, our son was able to experience feeling like everyone else does when they gather and connect over food. Thank you Jimmy John’s Millcreek, Utah store!! Just like it says on the back of your shirts, I really do believe that you “love your job.”

  The girls working around 1 PM today were not what I expected from Jimmy John’s employees. One older blonde woman and one younger blonde woman were absolutely rude. I’ve never had customer service like that from a Jimmy John’s establishment before. Very disappointing experience.

  Me and my sister order from this Jimmy John's for delivery all the time. Anthony is our guy. He always goes above and beyond to help us both. Thank you Anthony.

  Cancelled my order. I showed up 9:25 to pick it up. still 35 more minutes open. Store was already closed by then. Say it’s closed then.
