  What a disappointment. The Jimmy John’s here in the valley just are not what they used to be. The culture from the time you walk in and leave has changed drastically over the years. Big welcomes and always thanking me on my way out are gone. The updated new menu items over the last 5 years have been great additions but the bad the service and quality has made me frequent less and less. Take your service back to the basics is there anyone in your company who remembers what made you all the best? New owners call and ask the old ones for advice. For the love of my favorite sandwich place.

  Made a pickup order on the app. We ordered a chicken caeser wrap and a chicken bacon Ranch sandwich. When we got home there was hardly any fillings in both orders and no lettuce at all. They did not even tell us they were out of certain ingredients. Disappointed.

  Came in with my girlfriend for her birthday, we told the cashier and she just looked at us like we were speaking another language. The girl making subs told her to just order and then they will ring it out with her number. When she ordered the cashier told us our total and just stared at us as if she forgot or had no clue the birthday reward we just mentioned a couple seconds ago. When I asked about her sub being free she said I don't see a reward, we showed them her app a with her birthday in it and they said since it didn't ring up in the account she'd have to pay. We ended up paying and leaving. Not to mentioned not a single one of the employees we talked to told her Happy Birthday. Very unsatisfied as this was our first visit to a Utah location since moving here. We will not be coming back, they need to hire older more competent employees instead of young teens who don't care about their customers.
