    On Tuesday, Oct 13th I used the drive thru between 1-1:30pm. My debit card was skimmed and the thief tried to make fraudulent purchases with my card number. I hardly use my debit card and JJ was the last place I used it and the charge before that was 4-5 days before Tuesday. Please talk to your staff, maybe they can be scared straight that losing their freedom and the ability to be employed is not worth a dominoes pizza or a Walmart shopping spree. If your kids need clothes, I’ll donate some Children’s Place, you don’t have to try and steal from customers.

    I placed a pickup order of over $1000 at your JJ location on 400 South. I gave my name, my phone number, and I paid with my card. When I asked who I had placed my order with, the morning manager replied that she could not provide her personal information. I was only asking for a name because I need to pick up the order next week. The issue was not about her name — it was the way she expressed herself. She could have answered politely instead of speaking with attitude. Her response felt unnecessary, unkind, and it made me feel uncomfortable. As a customer, it also makes me wonder how she treats the employees working under her. I gave a tip even though she was rude, because the employees who make the sandwiches work hard and deserve it.

    I reported to the manager that this is what I received when ordering a Philly, and her response was I’m so sorry about that……this place can’t be a real place!!!!!!! Never offered to remake just I’m sorry, I waited to post the picture because I wanted to see how the manager dealt with the situation
