  Took 3 employees 12 minutes to make 4 sandwiches ahead of mine. Never called my name. I approached and my sandwich had been sitting there waiting, employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to focus

  Sandwich was ok the service was not the greatest they were more into talking with each other than making the Sandwich and it was a slow making process overall won't be back

  This is the 2nd time I've ordered a Big John sandwich from this location at the SLC airport. This is the 2nd time I've only received ONE piece of meat on the entire sandwich, which doesn't even cover the whole sandwich. Luckily I like the Jimmy John's bread, but I was looking forward to having meat with it. If the photo looks disappointing, that's because it was.

  Don't know why the ratings for this place are so low. I was served by a very nice older gentleman and his younger assistant. The sandwiches are very hardy. Even the tiny ones are very hefty. Did I mention that they taste good too? Next time I'm at the airport, I will definitely stop in here! As far as atmosphere goes, it's an airport so I guess you could say what you would expect, average for an airport.

  Wow, never knew a JJ to be such a dog. How can there be sliced roast beef yet no hunters club? Only 2 employees, app doesn’t work, half the sandwiches were “sold out” yet the folks in front of me ordered tuna fish and after paying were told it too was sold out. Folks waiting, no easy app order, later skater. Hope this isn’t pervasive, I used to love JJ’s.
