  I have never had a bad Jimmy John's experience until this one. My sandwich was made wrong (missing ingredients) and the bread on both mine and my husband's sandwiches was so stale. Nothing worse than getting on a flight over the dinner hour and opening my JJs to find this disgusting sandwich. Do yourself a favor and get a grab and go sandwich from one of the markets, I'm certain it would be better.

  They put the receipt in the sandwich when making them which is super unsanitary. It also takes 30 min to get your order on a slower day no line.

  The manager called out an employee in front of staff and customers. Chastised the employee and warned him. This was very uncomfortable and he left saying "I guess were done babysitting today" wuth other employees. I am a manager. If this is how Jimmy John's manages, i wont come back. The employee may be a bad employee. In front of other customers and employees is completely wrong.

  Made my sandwich completely wrong but of course I had a flight to catch so I didn't notice. Ordered a veggie sandwich and they gave me a pickle sandwich. And added so much mayo and mustard I couldn't take a bite without it squeezing out the back. Complete waste of money...

  Hay manager maybe pay attention to your front end cashier,, she is so busy looking at her phone that I had to wait for her to get off the phone to place my order ..okay That was only a few seconds but it's very impolite. Then as I sit down eating I notice her chewing on her nails That's disgusting
