  The gentleman who took my order on the register worse his food gloves to check me out and put on his dirty apron. Then proceeded to make my sandwhich with the exact gloves. Needless to say I didn’t eat it. Food safety and contamination needs to be reeducated.

  It took over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered. The only modifications I requested was for no onions and the sandwich to be cut in half. Neither of those things happened. I hate my sandwich

  It seems like this branch has no semblance of basic customer service skills. More than once I order a simple sandwich a la carte, and they forget my order leaving me to wait for 15+ minutes and waste most of my lunch break. I need consistency if I'm going to order here because my lunch break is relatively short. This last time the issue was they were out of a specific ingredient for my order. Instead of telling me like a rationale business, they just took my money and made me sit there and wait. When I asked for an eta, they said they hadn't started because they dont have the ingredients. I asked for a refund and they refused it and said they would make my sandwich with what they had. Seriously incompetent. I am blown away. Won't be returning.
