  I witnessed a really uncomfortable interaction at this location today between the store manager and a couple who were having trouble accessing the restrooms. I don’t know all the details of what was going on, but I did see that they were struggling with the restroom doors. At one point, the manager began loudly yelling at the man in front of other customers rather than calmly addressing the situation or trying to help. Whatever the issue was, I felt it could have been handled much more professionally. The way the manager spoke to them was unnecessarily aggressive and made the entire situation uncomfortable for everyone around. I understand that managers have policies to enforce, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. As someone who witnessed the interaction, I was honestly surprised and disappointed by how it was handled.

  Whatever you do, check your order before you leave! More often than not, they will "forget" to put in the guacamole you ordered.

  I stopped by as I was given gift cards and I am glad I did. Overall everything appeared quite clean despite it being the busy lunch rush and employees were quick to assist in ordering. Food came out super fast. I found that there is a lot of background noise due to all the cooking equipment so it was difficult to hear my number being called. Maybe getting a microphone system would help those that have a difficult time hearing over the noise. Paying with the gift cards also proved to be difficult as swiping them ended up with struggles from both me and the cashier. We did eventually get them honored, but it did slow things down unnecessarily. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend coming here. Thank you!
