- CRC. R.Aug 24, 20261.0No receipt, no chips or salsa which I ordered, and I asked for NO cabbage, but instead they covered it with cabbage (ALLERGY!). Nobody here is listening to the customer. Hope I was charged correctly? I live close to this location, but it is always a guess if I will receive the correct order. I will never visit any Pollo Loco again. Tired of wasting money and throwing food in the trash.
