  Disappointed in the serving size, like I ordered a kid’s meal. Apparently I’d have to spend $20 there to get full.

  I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this location. They have one register for cash and two for card payments. I don't have a card, so I went to the cash register to pay. I stood there waiting to be served, and despite the place not being busy at all, the staff completely ignored me. They were just standing there, pretending to be busy and refusing to help, while other customers were being served at the card registers. It felt completely discriminatory; it seems they have no interest in serving customers who pay with cash. This isn't just bad service; it is a lack of professionalism and a clear bias against certain customers. They made me waste my time and treated me like I didn't exist. This place is run by incompetent and useless staff. I do not recommend this Pollo Loco to anyone. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers.

  Lorena greeted us, answered questions, took the order, prepared the order, packaged the order, verified the order again when serving the order. We do not have El Pollo Loco where we live in Virginia. The chicken bowl, Street Corn Salad and Chicken Combo were all great. A lot of food for the price. Tasty and filling.
