  Food is good but a poor service makes me don’t want to buy at this location. Long lines, several minutes waiting by the drive through voice machine waiting for someone to take my order, I don’t know if they are low on staff or what. But this needs to change.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but this place is a disaster. I ordered online 20 minutes before arriving, my order wasn’t ready so I waited another 25 minutes while at least two dozen others walked in and received their orders right away. Then a guy walks in and orders two dozen plain bagels, which he also receives immediately. 45+ minutes later, my order is up and they tell me they’re out of plain bagels. Completely unprofessional and does not care about customers.

  Einstein's bagels are the best in the valley I believe. I've been going there for years and have always been pleased.
