Pizza was horrible and cold. When I arrived there was no one there. I had to wait for service. The worker was on her personal phone talking on the phone. Horrible service.

Pizza was horribly undercooked and unedible. Store was NOT helpful when I called to tell them, and corporate is unreachable. Not to mention- less than seven minutes from order placement to pick up is not going to fully cook meat. We ordered a pizza and had our order accepted by the store @3:17 pm- and by the time my bf got to the store it was already boxed and on the shelf. He picked it up at 3:24 pm. Which means our pizza cooked for less than seven minutes. When i called the store to let them know it was undercooked, I was asked to bring the pizza back. Which is fine, except that the people at dominoes had to determine if it was actually under cooked before i would get a refund. At this point, I’m being treated as if I’m trying to scam them out of a $14 pizza. Never mind that serving probe raw mozzarella cheese spreads diseases and gets people sick, and you can’t even cook a fresh take home pizza in seven minutes at 450 degrees, but apparently I’m at the bottom of a long list of complaints about uncooked pizza’s. Makes you wonder why there is such a problem that they gave to investigate if it is in fact undercooked?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino’s. I ordered a hand-tossed pizza with light sauce, but what I received looked more like a thin crust pizza with almost no sauce at all. The pizza was dry and not what I paid for.. On top of that, the employee working the register has a horrible staring problem.. As we pulled up, he was watching us through the window all the way up until we left. It felt awkward and unprofessional. The only reason I decided to order from Domino’s was because of the 50% off promotion, but after receiving a pizza that was made incorrectly, I was left wondering if quality was sacrificed for the sale. Discounts are great, but customers should still receive the product they actually ordered. Overall, the food quality and customer experience were both disappointing, and I hope this location puts more attention into order accuracy and professionalism.
