  I would love to give zero stars for the customer service, but there is no way to do so. I usually come to this store, but today—October 6, 2026, around 11:00 a.m.—I was served by an elderly woman with a terrible attitude and a very bad temper. If she doesn't understand that her salary depends on customers like us, she should just go home and rest or find another job instead of providing such poor service and making the franchise look bad. I’ve never had issues with the service here until today; usually, the staff—whether older ladies or young people—are in much better spirits. However, this woman seemed to hate everyone who walked in, and I stayed long enough to notice that I wasn't the only one treated poorly. She smiled at her coworkers but treated us customers terribly. I hope the manager reads this and moves her to a different position where we don't have to put up with her appalling behavior.
