  Every time I come to this Arby’s they always mess up my order, whenever I get the French dip, I never get the au jus sauce even tho I specifically ask if it’s in the bag and they say yes and it never is. Today I ordered and not only did I wait 15 minutes to be greeted, I waited another 10-15 for my food then after receiving my food I had to wait another 3-5 minutes for two shakes and on top of that my fries were only half full and my sandwich was made incorrectly, i specifically asked for no veggies and they put all the veggies on it, this is ridiculous that this happens everytime I visit this location but after today, I won’t be coming back to Arby’s because nobody there knows how to do their job correctly and when I was ordering my food, the manager kept cutting me off and asking me if it was to go before I even got my whole order in, I had to keep telling her I have more to order, I’ve worked fast food and it’s not hard to listen when taking an order or read a screen that says what you need in the bag then still forget to put stuff in the bag. This is ridiculous!!

  We had came in so tired and hot and we were doing geo cashes in the nearby area we walked 2 1/2 miles and used Arby's to cool off before going to Walmart and we asked for a few ice waters and he mentioned since we seemed like honest ppl he wouldn't mind us feeling our cups with soda, gave us a coupon book. And then we came back and offered him the last Klondike bar and he upgraded us to 2 large soda. It's not the fact that he gave freebies at all it's the generosity and caring that he had very nice young man. I don't know what you pay him but he definitely deserves a raise for meeting customer satisfaction and meeting the needs of the customer. He said he mostly does only weekends so you guys get the right guy on duty on sun of the summer solstice. At 4-6pm

  Been waiting at the drive-thru for a pickup for over 10 minutes. I'm the only one here. It was 3 fried appetizers and one sandwich. Should not take this long. Nothing here should take longer than 6 minutes to fry. Then there's a guy with sideburns and a ponytail getting on his phone 10 times while I'm waiting. While the other guy's running around like a chicken with his head cut off.
