  You think of Arby's and it's not this place.... Is food fresh? Yes. Is the staff friendly? Yes. Are the restrooms clean? Also Yes. But that's about it, soda is so watered down it should be labeled as colored sparkling water. Dining area has tons of flies, not always clean, run down outdated and the food while being fresh can tell where they cut corners. So close to 4 stars but far from 5.

  What a great visit. Just landed in SLC yesterday to prepare for our move down. Didn't get the young lady's name at the counter who took my order. What a breath of fresh air. She greeted me with great energy and a very friendly attitude. Order came out quickly and food was put together nicely. The restaurant, although quiet at 1600, was clean, bright and a comfortable temperature. Thank you!

  I sat in line for about 15 minutes at the 25 N. Redwood Arby’s just up the road from this one. Employees were rude and they told me to wait in the drive-through with my window down in the pouring rain after telling me I could order and then saying to not order. However, the lady at this Arby’s was phenomenal. She had cute nails and cute hair and she was super sweet. I left a bad review on the other Arby’s so people should stay away from that nasty place This one is bomb digs
