Pricey and not as much meat for the price, parking was smaller than some other locations but inside seating was an okay size. Give more ice than drink in specialty drinks and less meat than advertised for the BIG sandwich. I know it wasn't a half pound of meat. However it was good food and service. But less food per dollar. And no I didn't complain because I don't like to be that kinda person. But I should have for the price of the meal.

As a manager myself in a fast food establishment, this place has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! And not honoring coupons is FALSE advertising! Two employees, one being Johnny, I didn’t catch the females name, were rude and denied my coupon claiming they “weren’t Arby’s” WHAT ARE YOU THEN!? SUBWAY!? After I asked Johnny how can they not honor their own coupons? A female came around the corner screaming “We don’t do coupons we don’t accept those” Completely rude & had an UNACCEPTABLE attitude. I have made a report and called corporate. Made me and my husband upset when we were just hungry and wanted some food. Not only that, they sloppily threw our sandwiches together. Definitely don’t recommend nor will we be returning. Unacceptable. Get it together Arby’s.

The girl at the counter was hitting on all cylinders! Great at her job especially suggestive selling. Be careful though, some can get irritated at being suggestive sold to many things.
Came into the arby's restaurant.The security notified arby's that there was a customer waiting.
Waiting..... Waiting..... Waiting....
The employee knew that there was a customer up front and they continued to do prep work in the back for another couple minutes ..
The young lady, came up to help. She wasn't very personable.
I ordered my food and I presented her with the coupons.
Thinking that its still 2026 I thought there would be maybe a button that they would push for these discounts/ coupons. No.
The young lady had to go into the back office grab a calculator .
Really arby's??? She had to grab a calculator to do the math instead of them making it easy and making a button.
After finishing math class, the young lady had to go to the back and now make my food.
YEP, You guessed it. this employee was all by herself, having to do all the work of the night shift..
After finding out that she is working all by herself, i started to question the product itself. I know how many ounces of meat are supposed to come on a classic roast beef sandwich and I did not get that..... Close but not up to standards.
Having management position before and training through arby's. I know what each product should weigh.
I like the food but I do not like arby's at this location. 💯 FAIL.
Make a button, Train your staff, Teach them to smile with proper greeting, Hire appropriate nighttime staff ..... PSST... MORE THEN ONE PERSON

We visited the store located on : 25 n redwood rd. Salt lake city utah 84116
Both of our beef and cheddars were very very spicy like so spicy mouth our mouths were BOTH on fire. So we took the sandwichs in and were very pollte and we told the manager mistakes happen, she was very angry, she very rude and bothered the minute we asked for her, she argued with us telling us that its not spicy and we were tasing the red ranch. And we said no thats not red ranch and she kept saying they arent spicy., and even at one point she said that we probably put spice on our sandwhichs. We brought the sandwichs and receipt back in. We both took one bite and put them down. She gave us a refund rolling her eyes and being so so rude! After spending $39.55 to have our sandwichs be so spicy we cant eat them and we were hungry from a long drive, why would we want to mess up our own food?? We had a very long drive and wanted to get home! When you take a job in customer service make sure its something you really want to do and put up with, because #1 you do not argue with your customers #2 why would you treat us like we are stupid? Mistakes happened and we were being 100% honest, red ranch is one of my favorite sauces. Whatever was on those sandwhichs was really spicy! I am very upset and have already reported it to corporate. I absolutely cannot understand why we were treated that way!
