Antica Sicilia was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere, the service, and especially the food were all amazing from start to finish. Everything was made with so much care and you can really tell how much pride they take in the entire dining experience. A huge shoutout to Claudio, who made our night even better. He was so welcoming, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. His service was truly exceptional and made us feel genuinely taken care of. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Salt Lake City, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience at Antica Sicilia. Catherine was hands down one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to tell us the story behind the carbonara while preparing it, which made the whole experience feel authentic and memorable. She was personable, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The food itself was outstanding. The salmon was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and everything we tried tasted fresh and high quality. You can tell this restaurant really cares about both the food and the experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve now dined at and ordered takeout from Antica Sicilia in Millcreek several times, and unfortunately the pasta continues to miss the mark for me.
The restaurant advertises fresh homemade pasta cooked “perfectly al dente,” but every time I’ve ordered, the noodles have been soft. During a previous dine-in visit, I mentioned this to the manager and was told I should specifically request al dente because they cater more to local Utah preferences.
For my most recent takeout order, I did exactly what the manager suggested and specifically asked for the pasta to be cooked al dente. I was told the pasta is made around noon and that making pasta throughout the day would be too difficult during service. When I asked whether that meant the noodles would become soft sitting that long, I was assured they would not. Unfortunately, the pasta was still soft and lacked the texture I expect from fresh homemade, cooked al dente pasta, which is what is advertised. It honestly made me question whether the pasta is actually made in-house.
That said, the restaurant itself is very cute, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. If al dente pasta is not important to you, you will probably have no issues dining here.
As someone who travels to New York often and loves a good vodka rigatoni, it’s disappointing because good Italian food can be hard to find in Utah. I really wanted to love this place, but after multiple dine-in and takeout experiences with the same issue, I’m left underwhelmed

We celebrated Mother’s Day at Antica Sicilia today and honestly, it was the best decision we could have made.
We were one of the first families to enjoy their newly opened patio, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending quality time with family. We laughed, shared stories, relaxed, and truly enjoyed every moment together.
The food was outstanding. From the appetizers and salads to the pasta and chicken dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell they care deeply about the quality of both the food and the experience they create for their guests.
A very special thank you to Claudio who are absolutely amazing. His attention, kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire meal. The service was exceptional, and we genuinely felt spoiled and celebrated on such a special day.
And to the owners, Giuseppe and Elsa — congratulations on creating such a beautiful experience and space for families to enjoy. Sending you both a big hug and our sincere compliments.
Thank you for making our Mother’s Day so memorable. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend! ❤️

This was my second time dining at Antica Sicilia, and this visit absolutely blew me away. The food was exceptional from start to finish. I had the branzino saltimbocca, which was delicate and flavorful.
Our table shared several appetizers—stuffed zucchini blossoms, dates with speck, and grilled octopus. All were beautifully presented and tasty. For dessert, I had the torta della nonna, followed by a strong espresso. I would’ve loved if decaf was available!
The food here is worth the cost—high-quality ingredients and presentation, with the focus on the ingredient as Italians do so well. Our server Luigi was lovely!
