  We ordered around 230 when it wasn’t busy in the store. There were a few people waiting for their food but had already ordered. The lady at the front was very sweet and got our order in quick. We waited for about 20 minutes and still hadn’t got our meal. The same people that were waiting for food when we ordered were still waiting as well. We went up and asked, and they were confused what order we were talking about, and then finally found it and gave us our food, expect for our shake that we were still missing. We went back in and asked for it, and a different lady aside from the super nice front casher went to look up the order and gave me scowling looks as she did so, like I was lying about not receiving it. She finally found it and ended up giving me an extra large shake instead of the medium we ordered, which was nice, but does not make up for the experience. The food itself was also not up to Arby’s quality, with the fries tasting of old fryer oil and the meat being dry. I love Arby’s, but this restaurant was not good at all. It was also very dirty inside. Would definitely choose a different location.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Hours say 24hrs but when you get there, there is a sign that they are closed from 11p until 7am. Should definitely update that for travelers passing through. Don’t want anyone else to drive all the way there especially during the middle of the night thinking they are open when in fact they are not.

  Waited 35 minutes for food today. 35 minutes! Line of cars behind me. I had already paid and my kids were starving or I would have just asked for my money back and left. Finally got the food and got back on the road. No fries in any of the bags
