  Only 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Everytime I have gone there the wait is ridiculous. Even when nobody is there. Order is wrong Everytime. Please keep me updated if the management and employees are ever replaced. Every other McDonald's is so much further from me. Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else. (Posting while sitting in front of my latest shorted order)

  As a former GM you should never discriminate against it if you have an issue with your food or service talk to the manager it’s going to get you nowhere if you post it online call him and have a conversation with them and if not, that is on you, especially when it’s the Fourth of July and you’re going in on peak hours they are trying their best to get your food out as fast as they can so don’t complain if there’s one Fry that tipped over on accident And don’t get mad at them because they’re not making the drinks by hand It is a machine it makes you look ridiculous thinking that somebody makes those drinks by hand

  This location is by far the worst one they dont fill drinks all the way and when I got my food my fries were dumped in my bag I have worked fast food before as an assistant manager and this behavior is unacceptable and you bet im going up higher then your manger about this!!!!

  Not once have I ever had a bad experience here since it opened! Everything is clean, friendly, and welcoming, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong once! I would highly recommend!

  We went into this location and it was clean however the staff were horrible. We ordered our food and we love to buy extra sauces to store at home. (Yes we are those people) we PAID for the sauce and none of it came in our order. When we asked the employees they said “you didn’t pay you don’t get them” as the sauces were paid for and displayed on our ticket. We spoke to the manager and they said the same thing. We got tired of arguing with the staff and left. We got home to realize we didn’t get any of our fries that came with our meals. So we paid for sauce and fries that they refused to give us. Their customer service is horrible, their attitudes were horrible and you can obviously tell they hate their jobs from the way they treat their customers. They either need new employees or new management. This has been a reoccurring issue with this location in specific. I understand it’s fast food but that should also mean we get what we pay for. We went one 6/21/26 at 2pm. So hopefully the employees are spoken to about this and hopefully something is done. They’re blatantly rude, disrespectful and took our money. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
