  The Taco Bell at St. George Blvd is a disaster. I will never recommend them to anyone. My experience today was that I place the order on the tablet and waited, and waited, so I need to use the bathroom and when I went the door was locked so I couldn’t use the bathroom.came back and the order was still no ready. Finally they brought me a sack with my order. When I got in the car the order was cold like they got it out of the fridge. I went inside and wait so that they can warm my food. No one came in so I ate a cold chalupa. This store customer service sack and I will never go back to them. The store on top of everything smell funny and appeared dirty.

  Stopped at Taco Bell.. was craving some tacos.. Got there, fairly busy place.. no one behind the counter to take orders... only /the kiosks waiting for you... Once our order in, a little disappointed to say the least.. these kiosks aren't forgiving and not friendly on your wallet either!! I hate them with a passion! They are very customer unfriendly and no apology or restitution is ever required. So the customer is always the looser... Whatever happened to the old saying Customer is always right?.. well it went out the window when they brought in these kiosks... Today again was a great example of that.. our order was messed us, the manager looked at it and at us, offered to redo it but looked like it was not worth her time... We just walked away... but when a place micro charge you for every piece of food that goes onto your meal, I have a tendency to expect more from their products and services aswell.

  We ordered 2 entres at the kiosk. We added 2 ordered of fries. When we showed an employee that there were now fries in the bag, she said they are inside the entre, then quickly turned turned around and left. When we looked inside the entres we found that instead of giving us 2 orders of fries, they put 6 fries inside of one of the entres. The other entre had no fries. We wanted our fries separate. We where disappointed in what had happened to our order. We where shorted 1 order of fries and did not care for the entres with 6 fries inside of it. The food had no flavor. We are also disapointed that there is no menu board to choose from.
