- KJKristle Jefcoat1 day ago1.0two different times i've gone to this subway to get cookies. the first time the cookies were hard and inedible, the second time i asked the girl Ana if i could do the six pack with different flavors of cookies and she said yes, but when she went to get them out she sighed and huffed like it was too much for her. then after packaging them, instead of handing them to me (they were already paid) she turned and set them on the counter behind her. then she and the other girl, who was really short (didn't get her name), started making sandwiches. I asked if there was a problem and they said no. I said then why didn't you give me my cookies? The short girl said well there just right there and pointed to counter behind the cash register like I was supposed to get them myself. More conversation happened but I am running out of space. Finally I got them to give me my cookies, but they refused to give me their names. Again the cookies were hard and inedible.

- HPHeidi PaceApr 7, 20261.0We walked in and there was nobody here at all. We waited for 10 minutes. We called the phone in store, opened the door to sound the alarm, walked around, etc (7:45am on 4/7). Nothing. Highly unsafe and unprofessional to leave a business running with nobody there.
