  I don't understand this place. Some of the nicest people ever yet I have yet to receive what was ordered. It's so easy to order online, customizing each item but that seems to be a suggestion for whomever is making the food. I don't know why it irritates them so much when they get custom otders. When ordering at the drive thru if you say no thanks to double the meat, they give you half of what is standard. It feels so punitive.

  I was at this Roy location and noticed a staff lady had a bf at work seeing her she handed him a pink backpack he opened while stairing at me and it was full of pills and drugs he left outside met a couple gave them drugs in the back of car so obvious and walked back in and gave her the bag back after I saw all this the lady staff walked out and asked the couple to come eat inside for what obvious reasons was to make it look like a friends visiting omg I was torn because I moved to west haven/ Roy area hoping for better area and this is crazy ridiculous right on the job like just all okay and stuff wow go new Taco Bell it’s a shame

  I was in the drive thru, taking an order from my mom over the phone. The interaction was quite stressful due to two people talking to me at the same time. Although I was outwardly frustrated, the two ladies that helped me with my order were very patient and polite. Mary and pam were very kind and understanding of my frustration. My order was given to me in a very timely manner, and my family highly pleased with their food. Thank you to the crew tonight for the amazing service!

  The food gave me horrible food poisoning for 4 days of none stop bathroom visits. I am never eating at this restaurant again

  They have the best customer service i have seen in a fast food place in a long time. They made a minor mistake and overly made up for it.
