  Your staff is very polite, and treated us very respectfully. And the pizza was delicious. However, $45 for 2 large pizzas seems a bit much. 😕

  Placed an order online and the item was changed to something different. Came in to get assistance with it and who I am assuming is the night manager was extremely rude and defensive. Instead of doing anything to try to help or understand the situation she instead acted like she was the chief defender of all things pizza. I wasn’t even bothered or upset until the manager was rude. When i first came in the manager was on a smoke break and when i came back she was again on a smoke break. Wearing pajama pants and smelling of cigarettes. Looking unkept, smelling bad and a bad attitude makes me wonder who is wanting this store to succeed. I love Papa John’s pizza but I won’t be coming back to this location again.

  Ordered delivery. Waited and waited and waited, finally said food was delivered. Where?? Called and were told by an ornery employee they would remake it, and to expect it in 20 - 30 minutes. An hour later, a dasher arrives with one cold pizza. Should have been pizza, wings, and breadsticks. Called back and demanded a refund from a nicer lady than the previous employee. Told refund would take 3-5 business days. Whatever. Get it together. Next time I'm craving mediocre pizza I'll just save the $30 and make it at home. Will not go here again and will not recommend.

  I ordered a delivery order around at 5:00 pm. Waited until it said it was delivered at 5:47 pm and didn’t get it. Called Papa John’s and they said they would remake it for me. Didn’t get my delivery until 7:00 pm. All I got was one thing from everything that I ordered (it was cold). So my husband called again to get a full refund. I’m never ordering delivery from Papa John’s ever again.

  Their manager will hang up on you when they fail to deliver your full order. $50 in pizza. Received 1 pizza. Called to rectify and the manager hung up on me. Will be spreading the word and never buying papa John’s again. This was the Roy Ut location.
