  Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience during my visit this evening. When I entered the store, I waited approximately five minutes before any employee acknowledged my presence or made eye contact. Once I was finally assisted, I was informed that my order was not yet ready. While waiting, I observed one employee using her phone and then touching the checkout register. When my pizza was finished, she accidentally dropped the pizza box, opened it, and rearranged the pizza with her bare hands before handing it to me. This was especially concerning because I had just seen her handling her phone and the register without washing or sanitizing her hands afterward. I also observed another employee handling pizza dough with bare hands after using his phone. Additionally, during our conversation, the employee mentioned that staff are supposed to wear aprons but that she chooses not to because she doesn’t like wearing them. She also commented that she had wiped her nose on her shirt. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the repeated food safety and hygiene concerns I witnessed made me very uncomfortable and significantly impacted my confidence in the cleanliness and food handling practices at this location. I felt it was important to bring these issues to your attention so they can be addressed.

  I love coming to this location! Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted with a warm smile. Their customer service is truly top-notch. My orders are always ready right on time, and the pizza is always excellent quality, hot, and fresh.

  This gotta be the best papa johns in utah, never had a bad pizza from here, and i get two for me and my girlfriend once a week.

  Mikey and Dex had great customer service. My wife experienced a miscarriage and they through in a free brownie and I really thought that was wholesome of them.

  To the man in charge. If you don’t want customers interrupting your employees asking about their order, maybe greet them when they walk in the door instead of walking right by them.
