  Did an online order only to sit in line and wait 30 minutes. Workers were rude and very childish. They were goofing around and taking their sweet time. My order was wrong and what we did get was old, sloppy or burnt. This location is terrible. On top of that I tried to call the location to come back and fix the order only to not be able to speak to a live worker. Save your time money and energy!

  This location is consistently disappointing and easily one of the worst managed business ive encountered. Every visit is a lesson in frustration; the wait times are excessive, and the "fast" in fast food is non existent here. The worst part is; they're the only location thats closer to me. The primary issue is the complete lack of motivation and work ethic from the staff. It’s common to see employees wandering around with headphones in, seemingly more interested in their own music than the customers standing right in front of them. It’s incredibly unprofessional and a clear safety/communication issue that management seems to completely ignore. Speaking of management, the leadership team is utterly unorganized and lacks any sense of urgency. The entire operation feels chaotic and unprofessional. It’s clear that this location doesn't just need a physical makeover; it needs a complete renovation of its staff and management structure. They are wasting both time and money running the business this way. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  This place is the worst. They take forever to get your order out, it’s prepared badly and/or ice cold. The service is awful. I live 2 minutes away from this location but will ALWAYS drive to a further McDonalds just to avoid it. Total waste of money almost EVERY TIME. Just tried to give them another chance and my burgers were unwrapped and cold when I opened the bag, my fries were cold and stale, half of them were missing, and I had to wait twice as long as I have to anywhere else.

  Tonight must of been one of those short staffed nights and kiosk not working properly, but I have to give it up to Tyler for making my visit one of the best I’ve had at a fast food place in awhile. With how many people were waiting for orders and DoorDash people waiting and kiosks not working, Tyler handled every customer with kindness ans understanding way to go Tyler you where raised by some good parents. Keep up the good work and I hope this review finds a manager and lets you know how good of a job you did tonight and you should be one of the managers handing that place great job. My experience was awesome because of your customer service and positive attitude and the willingness to help .

  Absolutely terrible service. Ordered my food at the kiosk inside and waited over 45 minutes for my food, went to the counter to inquire and stood there for another 15 minutes while nobody working there would acknowledge that I was there or talk to me. So I left after paying for 12 dollars worth of food that I didn’t get because I couldn’t justify waiting any longer. Please don’t go here , it’s very poorly managed and needs a new franchise owner.
