  We had a large party so they put us in a back room but had to be separated into two groups. And the service was not great…had to go find the waitress to refill our water. Someone asked for a half salad with chicken and it came with no chicken and half way through the salad the chicken came. The 16” Brooklyn pizza is $33 (outrageous) and if you want to substitute (removing one to replace with another) they charge you as if it is a new topping. For example, remove green olives and replace with green pepper is an extra $2 and change when green olives are way more expensive than green peppers. My glass of Cabernet was $8.50 which is reasonable for Utah but the pour was RIDICULOUS even for Utah!!! So…I won’t be back!

  WOW!!!!! Tried taking my kids to dinner here. The place was absolutely dead. I'm pretty sure there was one party of maybe 5 besides us. We were sat down and no one ever came to even get our drink order. We finally got up and left and went to shake shack we were greeted with a smile and were served in a sensible amount of time. I suggest going to a different pizza joint

  I’m always on the look out for great New York style pizza here in Utah. This is now one of my favorites! The sauce is sooo good the crust chefs kiss! I will be coming back. Plus I ordered on their app which was so easy and it was ready when they said! 10/10

  First time trying this place, and probably the last. The pasta dish and salad were ok, the garlic bread was great! The 3 stars is more for the portions. I ordered on doordash and the pictures make it look like it is a bigger container, so when it was delivered, I was disappointed in the size of container for the price I paid. Oh well.

  Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. My wife, my two boys, and I came here to have dinner together. Everyone in my family received their food, ate their meals, and had their leftovers boxed up before I ever received my pizza. I waited approximately 30 minutes for a 4-slice deep-dish pizza. By the time it finally arrived, my family was already taking their boxed-up food out to the car, so I had no choice but to ask for my pizza to be boxed up as well. I didn't even get the opportunity to sit down and eat dinner with my family. Apparently, my original pizza had been made incorrectly, but nobody bothered to tell me what was going on. I was simply left waiting while the rest of my family finished their meals. Our waitress apologized repeatedly, but apologies only go so far. At no point was I offered a discount, had the pizza comped, or even had a manager come over to address the situation. Even if our waitress didn't have the authority to adjust the bill herself, she could have asked a manager to step in after seeing that my entire family had finished eating while I was still waiting for my meal. No real effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience. Then I got home and discovered it was even worse. After waiting all that time because they messed up the first pizza, they sent me home with the WRONG PIZZA, and they didn't even cut it. I have photos showing exactly what I received. At that point, this went beyond a simple restaurant mistake. My family ate without me, the first pizza was made incorrectly, nobody communicated that to me, nothing was done about the bill, and after approximately 30 minutes of waiting, I ultimately went home with a pizza that wasn't even what I ordered and wasn't cut. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. But this wasn't one mistake. It was one problem after another, combined with poor communication and virtually no effort to make the situation right. I paid for a family dinner that I didn't even get to eat with my family, waited approximately 30 minutes for my meal, and ultimately went home with the wrong, uncut pizza. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and based on how the entire situation was handled, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
