  Boo. What happened to Papa John’s ?? It used to be so good. Always more expensive .. worth the cost tho. Average pizza. Average ingredients. High cost. The only redeeming quality is the employees. They were friendly and pleasant.

  I tried ordering a one topping large pizza on the website this evening, the large one topping was on a special deal for $11.99, and because the order value was u set $15.00 it could not be placed. All I wanted was a single topping cheese large pizza and O thought the deal was great.. but even when I called the store to place the order, it couldn’t be done because of the value. It is not a matter of paying the extra $3, it is about the deceiving promotion advertised. It’s fine, what’s one unhappy customer after all??

  Recently I went to papa johns and ordered the garli knots. The staff were super friendly. I was super impressed with how fast the order was prepared after I ordered. I would definely be coming back to this location

  I placed an online order at 4pm and indicated pickup time at 8:15pm (very routine procedure, I do this all the time at Marcos with zero issues). I go pickup the pizza at 8:15, and paid for it. The pizza was ice cold and dried out. I talked to the manager and asked why it was ice cold. She said they made it at 4pm, and had been sitting around ever since, waiting for me to pick it up. Firstly, why would you allow pizza to be sitting around for 4 hours and not question why, and secondly why would you let someone buy that same pizza and not say a word about it?? This is twisted in my mind. All the managers said was “the website messed up, not us.” Really?? I won’t be going back. This is messed up. The manager said “just re-heat it”. Seriously? Any other local pizza place would re-make the pizzas immediately, or would give a 100% refund. This place did neither=lame.
