  I got the big John. The sandwhich bread was very hard and the sandwich was very very thin. I kind of shocked tbh. I honestly never had that sad looking of a sanwhich But It was food so I just ate it.

  I haven't eaten at a Jimmy John's in probably 5 years. The memory I have of being intimidated by the amount of bread and meat, then completely stuffed afterwards is not the same as what I experienced today. Seems like there's definitely less food than before... Wait time wasn't great, but not unbearable. Took off another star from being a little grossed out by the curly beards and long hair not being covered or braided back at this location.

  I order delivery lunch here probably 2-4 days a week with working at the hospital. Today I had a terrible day and because of that, accidentally put my delivery order in wrong. Not only were they extremely patient and helpful when I called to get it fixed, but when I shared that I was overwhelmed and that’s why I made the mistake, they threw a complimentary brownie in there with the sweetest note wishing me a better day. This team is always extremely kind when handing off the deliveries in person, but they literally changed the trajectory of my day today. I couldn’t be more thankful and everyone on this team is super lovely! I haven’t met or talked to one person yet with a poor attitude. Thank you Riverton Jimmy John’s for fixing my bad day with your team’s selflessness and kindness :) I will be continuing to order almost everyday to work haha
