- MMMSep 18, 20261.0TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!!!!! It was so incredibly loud that I think hearing damage is possible because it had to have been close to 80 dBA! We ordered online for pickup and it was almost impossible to hear what the employees were saying for the name on the pickup order. We walked in and informed the cashier we had a pickup order. He said something like “I marked it as here”. Then we sat down and listened very carefully because the music was so loud it was hard to hear what the name was and we waited and waited and then realize that we had seen people come and order and get their food before us. We went up and our order had just been sitting on the shelf! Apparently nobody had called our order and it was sitting on the shelf. When we got our bag we also noticed there was no receipt on the bag like everyone else’s, so we suspect it got lost or something and that’s why nobody called our order. None of the employees thought it was weird there was a bag with no receipt though? 5 Guys seriously needs a better online order system (like a giant screen that shows order progress) because they can barely handle the DoorDash and regular patrons that order online. It would also be helpful if the app updated and said “your order is ready” instead of saying “25-35 minutes”. I guess for the time being I need to stand and stare at the cooks and ask for my order every time at the pickup desk.

Keep doing this for everybody! :) Never had issues here and don't think I will ever!
