- KCK Cote3 days ago2.0Did an online orderat 9:18 am. Said it should be ready around 9:40am. I got there at 9:50 am. It was not ready. I got asked 3 times if I was a different order. Finally the 4th time they asked me they decided to make it. Got it at 9:58 am Employees were standing around just talking and looking at me.

Not a single person acknowledged me or even said they’d be with me shortly. I’ve honestly never felt so ignored at a restaurant before. Whether it was poor customer service or something else, the experience left a really bad impression on me. Customers should at least be treated with basic respect and acknowledgment.
