I went to this location the other day and had a very positive interaction with an employee named Max. They were super helpful and recommended me a lot of different bagels to try! I will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience with the customer service. Max especially, he was very patient and helpful when I couldn’t decide or was taking too long.

I ordered online and picked up my food through the drive-thru. My order included a Turkey & Cheddar Bagel with added red onion and no tomatoes due to a severe tomato allergy, as well as an Avocado Toast with added red onion and cucumber. When I got to work and opened my food, I found that the avocado was sparse, the red onions on both items were wilted, and my Turkey & Cheddar Bagel was made incorrectly. It had mayonnaise on both sides of the bagel but was missing the lettuce and mustard. I left work and drove back to the store to have the order corrected. A very kind employee began helping me and was trying to understand the issue. Before she could even finish speaking, the so-called manager came over, cut her off mid-sentence, abruptly deleted everything from the register screen, ripped the receipt off my bag, and said, “It’s okay, I’ll remake this.” I was honestly shocked by how she treated her coworker. The employee had done absolutely nothing wrong and was trying to help. I even apologized to the employee afterward because the interaction was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. I then ordered an additional item and watched the manager remake my food. She appeared rushed and uninterested in getting the order right. The helpful employee reminded her that there should be no tomato and that cucumber had been added because the online ordering system would not allow me to make the modification myself. The manager quickly wrapped the sandwich, dropped the bag on the counter, stepped away, and immediately pulled out her phone to start texting. When I checked the sandwich, it was wrong AGAIN. There was mayonnaise only on the bottom half of the bagel, wilted lettuce, wilted red onions, and — most concerning given my allergy — a tomato. At this point, I was already upset by how she had treated her coworker. Finding the order wrong for a second time was the final straw. I explained that the sandwich still wasn’t correct and pointed out the mayonnaise issue, the wilted produce, and the tomato. Instead of apologizing or attempting to fix the mistake, she threw her hands up and said, “Then what do you want to order?” I was stunned. I told her not to speak to me that way, but she continued arguing with me. When I asked for the sandwich to be remade correctly, she refused and claimed I had ordered two completely different items—even though I had both the receipt and the online order pulled up and available to show her. To make matters worse, another employee working the drive-thru window loudly laughed and ran to the back while this was happening. I ultimately left without food, despite paying for it. To be completely fair, I recognize that I could have handled the situation more calmly. I was frustrated after receiving an incorrect order, returning to the store, and then receiving a second incorrect order that contained a tomato despite my allergy. While I acknowledge my frustration may have shown, that does not excuse the dismissive attitude, refusal to correct the order, or the unprofessional behavior I experienced throughout the interaction. After reading other reviews, it seems clear that this location has ongoing issues with management and staff behavior. This experience was embarrassing, unprofessional, and far below the standards I would expect from this company. The franchise owner and corporate office need to take a serious look at what is happening at this store because this is not a one-off customer service issue—it’s a management issue.
