- MBmakayla barnsonMay 8, 20265.0I ordered a tigers blood rebel. Took a sip and it tasted like Cherry to me. I went back let them know I must’ve gotten cherry instead. They made it again. Tasted still like cherry I let them know the flavouring just tasted like cherry to me even tho I could see them making it with Strawberry and coconut flavour. They just remade me an entirely new drink since I didn’t like that one super kind about it and helpful! Awesome ladies working there!

There was more socializing going on instead of focusing on the drive-thru lane and getting customers’ orders taken care of efficiently. Not only was I frustrated, but several other customers looked very upset as well.

It’s frustrating to wait in a long queue and watch orders move at a crawl because efficiency doesn’t seem prioritized. I’ve experienced this multiple times, and it doesn’t improve. I have places to be, and the wait times here are not reasonable.

You can tell they really care about customers and creating a positive vibe. My drink was perfect, and the service was fast even though it was busy. Kaesen’s attitude and kindness honestly stood out so much—it’s rare to get service like that. Definitely 5 stars and I’ll be coming back for sure!

Kasen was your Broista taking our order this morning, and despite the rain, he still had a chipper attitude, and was very friendly. For those interested, my drink order: Large iced chai, with sugar free almond, vanilla, and cupcake. 2 shots of white coffee, almond milk and vanilla soft top. Not for those who dislike white coffe.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
