The small scoop of steak and chicken didn't even fill me up. So sad, used to love going to Chipotle

We had to turn around and drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it corrected. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability at the window. The employee simply said “we’ll have someone remake that” no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nothing. For a mistake that cost us extra time and gas, a simple “sorry about that” would have gone a long way. To top it off, we paid extra for the cilantro dressing, and even that felt like an afterthought given the whole experience. This happened at 9:30 PM on June 4, 2026. I’m sharing the specifics hoping management actually reviews this and uses it as a training opportunity because this wasn’t just a mix-up, it was a customer service failure. Accuracy and basic courtesy aren’t optional extras.
