  Hello everyone, I have decided to take everyone’s criticism and test if it was actually true. I can confidently say I have debunked every bad review within the month. Connor Rockwood- I only had to wait 3 min and the food service and atmosphere was amazing- debunked Arivirku iniyan T- service was great when I went in, and food actually burnt my tongue, also I got plenty of meat with no extra charge- debunked Jared Stoddard- I decided to place an online order, no hiccups whatsoever and steak was cooked perfectly for me, so not garbage- debunked Michael Ebeling- you mention you are a die heart chipotle fan but with that review I don’t believe you, anyways, I went in at 3 and ordered barbacoa. They had plenty for me and I asked how long it would be to get new ones and they said only 7 min. On top of that they put baracoa on my burrito and not steak so there was no confusion on their part. At checkout they treated me like I was number one priority and I saw no conversations, checkout was 1 min and 30 sec because I like to talk. My burrito tasted the complete opposite of dry and chalky, I haven’t had a better burrito before. Honestly great experience- debunked Brig Lytle- I ordered a burrito and got an outstanding portion for the size. Abysmal did not even cross my mind I’m stuffed actually- debunked Anyways love this place love the people, and I give it an outstanding rating!!!!!

  I LOVE THIS PLACE EVERYONE IS HATER IT IS SO YUMMY AND THE STAFF IS ESPECIALLY AMAZING Mylee specifically is seriously the best

  The service is poor and the food is always cold. No matter how much you say, they are not gonna fill up the bowl and they charge extra 4$ just for a bit of extra protein. Would not recommend this place at all.

  Seriously waited 30 minutes on an order that I placed online just to be given the wrong order since no one could figure out how to cook steak? Usually acceptable service but this is garbage

  I’m a diehard Chipotle fan and really want to like this location, but it seems to consistently struggle with organization and food quality. I went in today around 3 PM and ordered barbacoa. They gave me just a few small morsels and said, “Sorry, that’s all we have.” I told them I’d rather wait for a full portion, and they said it would be about 8 minutes. Another group was waiting for steak, and there seemed to be some confusion because the staff started putting steak on my burrito. I had to let them know again that I was waiting for barbacoa. About 15 minutes later, I finally got the barbacoa. I then waited another 5 minutes or so at checkout while I could see two managers and another staff member talking around the corner. The staff was nice, so I don’t mean this as a criticism of anyone personally. The location just feels disorganized, and the food is consistently more bland than other Chipotle locations. The rice had almost no lime flavor, and the barbacoa wasn’t savory or flavorful. It also had large chunks of fat that weren’t separated properly. The bland, poorly separated barbacoa is something I’ve noticed quite a bit at this location over the last year, so today unfortunately didn’t feel like a one-off. The burrito overall tasted dry and almost chalky. I actually worked at Chipotle in college, and I’m usually the person defending the brand. I tell people all the time that Chipotle cooks so much of its food fresh and really helped change the way people think about fast food. That’s why it’s frustrating to keep being disappointed by this particular location. I really hope they can get things turned around. The staff is friendly, but the organization and food quality just aren’t where they should be compared to other Chipotle locations.
