  I just wanted to take time to leave the Herriman store a 5 star review. I have never had a bad experience at this location. It is always clean, they are always very friendly and you can tell the management cares about the store. Even this morning, I’m here with my daughter and the manager is here walking around cleaning things up and there are fresh flowers on the table. It’s such a great location and our chicken mini’s taste so yummy today. Keep up the good work!

  I found myself in quite a pickle tonight needing to feed 20-ish people on short notice. Even though they were absolutely slammed (per usual!), the team still took the time to help me figure out the best options for everyone and made the whole process so easy. Truly the pinnacle of customer service — kind, patient, efficient, and welcoming even during the chaos. And of course, the food was a huge hit with the entire group. Thank you for always being so consistently awesome!

  Paige at the MVV location completely embarrassed me and belittled. Ordered a Mac and cheese that was very burnt up top and noticeably hard for my toddler to eat, too dry and a choking hazard. I kindly asked if it was possible to get a replacement considering this and that we did not even open the mac and cheese. The employee proceeded a rude condescending tone. I have never experienced this in any chick fil a I've ever eaten at around the country. Paige Insisted that she didn't think it was burt and it was fine for my toddler with limited teeth to eat. She rolled her eyes and insisted that anyone can get free food complaining that it "looked burt" as if I was trying to be "cheap" or free load or something. Personally, it seemed as though it was race driven as she was very accommodating to customers who had requests prior to me. Her tone was very passive aggressive towards me and she expressed that there was nothing she can do and that i had to purchase another mac and cheese for my son. Even though i didn't even touch the one I was given. The part that i wasted the money on the mac and cheese was the least of my concern, but how she belittled and treated me so rudely as if i was just trying to "cheat the system" or something. Chick Fil a that prides themselves on customer service and experience really needs to assure employees are trained to give ALL customers equal treatment no matter race or appearance. And the Mountain View Village location needs to do better.

  I have been coming here for my whole semester of college, which has come to an end so I won’t be coming here just cause I live an hour away! but this has been the best chick-fil-a I have ever gone to, the workers have remembered my name and ask me how it’s going and the food is always good I have not left disappointed once! I specifically want to shout out Carson, he is so nice and has the best customer service! There is also a blonde girl who helped me on monday and I talked to her while ordering but I didn’t catch her name, she is also really nice!! these two people have definitely made the experience better! as long as the rest of the crew :)

  My first sit down visit to a Chic-fil-A. I was not disappointed with the food or the vibe. All she groups were represented here. I had the new Spicy Chicken Jalepeno Sandwich with the Waffle Cub Potatoes. Fresh and hot with some awesome sauces made my meal a winner. Nate's crew are on the ball and efficient. The were all smiling so that said alot about the atmosphere. I will be back.
