I have been a regular since this coffee shop opened! The coffee is amazing and their food is equally as delicious. The service here has always been top knotch. Max is the sweetest. He could tell I had been crying one day and asked if I wanted a hug, which I could definitely use that particular day. (Thank you Max!) We have tried so many delicious things here and we also love meeting our friends here when we can make it work. Come show these guys some love. You won’t be disappointed.

Coffee wasn’t the best, the syrup was really thick and grainy, just an extremely off texture, but what really bothered me was the automatic 15% service charge. Not even table service restaurants with $3 wages do that unless there is a large party, let alone an establishment where half of the “service” is a kiosk and you take care of your own dishes. Tipping should not be mandatory. Either include it in your prices or make it optional. It’s SO weird and everyone in my group immediately said something and was put off.

Have to agree on the AI stuff unfortunately. Its not even that I am an AI hater, it was just very disorienting to walk in and look up at the board and instead of seeing a clear menu, there are 5 posters: a loyalty program ad, a Latte menu item, a hospitality first poster, another latte menu item, then a catering ad. The text is too small to read, and the are so "busy" with info that I dont even know whether it eas relevant because I stopped trying once I realized it would take more effort to read than it probably took to create. I like the space, the indoor and outdoor seating and tables are my kind of vibe and nice, I got a normal oatmilk latte that was good. May come back in a couple weeks to see if they took the feedback and replace the posters with a nice clear menu.

I really wanted to like Bonnie & Clyde. The layout seems inviting, and the service was very friendly. But. The hot chocolate tasted strongly of syrup and nothing else. If I hadn't known it was hot chocolate, I don't think I could have identified the flavor. And then there was the bagel, which is supposedly a signature menu item? The size of the bagel was generous, and the schmear having an adjustable level was nice. But. It had grill marks on the outside, yet the inside was cold. Steaming a bagel or toasting it would have been far more effective at heating it. I could have forgiven the temperature, though, if the bagel hadn't been like sad, stale bread. A great bagel has chew and texture, not to mention a soft interior. This one had none of those attributes. Literally, I could've gotten better at the grocery store. I hope the owners of the café improve the quality of their offerings, but for now... I won't be returning.

The furniture was cute and the lighting was good. HOWEVER, absolutely COVERED in ai slop images, the whole menu was just ai resulting in messy and hard to read descriptions of their drinks. Automatic “quality assurance gratuity” charge rather than a custom tip option(Tipping isn’t a problem but either just let people tip or include that be the price rather than a micro transaction at the end) Milky coffee with the bitter taste I could only describe as “that feeling of bad morning breath on your tongue”. The only thing worse than the coffee itself was the country music blaring so loud you could barely have a conversation. Wouldn’t recommend, especially when there’s better coffee shops around that value human effort in the details of the shop and delicious coffee.
