Robin and Darren deserve a massive shoutout! 📣 From the moment I walked in, they were both so incredibly kind, sweet, and courteous. They did their jobs perfectly and took care of everything all the way through with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the entire lobby was absolutely spotless! ✨ Thank you both for making my day brighter. Arby’s is lucky to have you! 🥪❤️

25 minute weight of my food, They weren’t busy one of the kids kept walking around, shaking his finger, weird atmosphere. I’ll never go back to this place.

We have waited 30 minutes for our food and it is still not out. This is ridiculous for fast food. It happens every time we come here.

Took longer than usual in drive thru but they were short staffed. And order was correct and food was good still.

I waited like 30 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally get there my food has been sitting by the window getting cold. On top of that, it was all shoved in the bag and smashed. Fries were overcooked. Genuinely one of my worst experiences eating out
