  I drove up to the drive thru and sat for nearly 10 minutes for a response to be served. I patiently waited and called out to see if they knew we were there and no response so we just gave up and went somewhere else.

  I haven't been to a subway in months and I probably won't go to one for years now. I used the app to order ahead. I arrived at 6:15 when my order was supposed to be done by 6:05 for 3 sandwiches. I walked in as they were helping someone else and complaining about day shift's shortcomings. I asked if they had finished my order and they said they hadn't even started. After waiting another 5 minutes, they still hadn't started my order, and let me know they were out of bread now and couldn't make mine. They asked me to cancel my order online which I still haven't figured out how to do. What a waste of time and money.
