  I ordered a half Asian salad. Couldn’t believe the price was $9+ for a half. Almost half of the lettuce was old and brown and partially rotten.

  I come here often, it was great until I noticed how they treat some of there staff, it ruins my meal when I see the (what I assume) the managers treat some employees how their gods but then see them treat the others so crappy and cruel. Foods awesome, just the atmosphere of how they treat their staff is no good.

  We ordered for a company luncheon. None of the food we ordered was labeled as to what it was and we had a bigger party no one wants to tear open bags and look and touch other people’s food. The food was not even mediocre. My soup had hard black beans in it. They were not even cooked. The grilled cheese was cold and all the other sandwiches that were supposed to be hot were cold. It’s the first and last time we will ever go here, I’ve been to many in California, but the standards are way low anymore. I would not recommend walking into this place.

  I hate doing negative reviews but leadership needs to be aware. Staff did attempt to be nice, which is appreciated. Friday, Aug 28th. Aprox 2:30 (dining area had two other couples), my wife and I ordered. We ordered a kids meal (Ham sandwich was what o was in the mood for) and a chipotle sandwich. We waited and waited, I counted (9) employees. Several standing and talking from arrival time to departure. They all varied amongst themselves who was talking and who was working. After waiting and waiting, my wife went to the restroom. Still waiting, she returned and asked if our order was lost? She was told, “Sorry, he is on his 2nd day”. Understandable, but with everyone standing around…we didn’t need a 15+ minute wait. The sandwich…well, most sandwich shops put the sandwich so the bread crust matches up. Not here! Could be a training issue. But it’s also a common sense issue…maybe? Countless Tables are dirty, but still see (4) people standing and talking. Men’s restroom was clean. Women’s was not. There was a caution come at the entrance as you walked in, customers have to walk around, but no water was on the floor, just dirty. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this location. They offer a Free dessert. No for us…flies were on the pasteries. Cleanliness, service, and product did not meet expectations. But…the Dr. Pepper was good!!
