The last 2 times we've gotten lunch from Arby's, we've placed a mobile order, and show up as soon as the order is placed to ensure our cheesesticks are as fresh as possible. Both times, the food is done way too quick, and upon eating the food everything was disgustingly cold, and old. Cheesesticks were literally ice cold both times with super stiff cheese inside. The chicken in my sandwich was cold, and hard both times. Curly fries were cold with an awful texture. The second time, my son was home, and had then kids tenders meal. He said "All my food is cold, and tastes gross. Do I have to eat it?" That's where I drew the line, and took everything back, and asked for a refund. There was no way we would eat it, and didn't want to pay for food for a second time that we wouldn't even eat. They said they would refund it to our card. Never got a refund. So we called over a week later and spoke with a manger about the situation wanting our money back. They said they would call us back at 4. Never heard from them. So I had to sit on the phone with my bank for almost 25 minutes just to dispute this charge, because they clearly didn't intend to refund me the money. It's honestly not even about the money though. It's the fact of serving people food that never should've been served in the first place, and then not ever giving a refund, then avoiding the whole situation after being asked for a second time. It sucks, because I've been craving arbys like crazy. But clearly this specific arbys has taken a hard turn for the worse, and I don't feel like taking a chance in hopes they might actually be good.
