  Estoy con mi hijo de 10 años en Wingstop de provo y nunca me dijeron el nivel de picante de las alas, como es que me ven con un niño y no me dicen que son incomibles para el ? Aparte el que atiende que habla español no es nada amable, casi ni hace contacto visual con el cliente.

  This location is legitimately the best I have only had to pay for food here a handful of times because of their awesome deals they come in clutch all the time even if it’s someone else’s fault.

  It’s a pretty small little spot, but the food is great. Sometimes the orders don’t get called out and you have to go up front and ask for your food, but it’s GREAT, so it’s worth it. 10/10

  I didn’t post anything about the first time I had an inconvenience in this place, but today was horrible. On May 25 for my husband’s birthday I went to buy 30pc meal, I chose 3 flavors, and the cashier told me that I had to pay for the ranch that is supposed to come with the combo, I asked to talk to the supervisor and the supervisor said that I could choose the flavors up to 3 and also have my 3 ranch dips, I got home and instead of 30pc there were 26 pc so I had to go back to the store and they solved me. That’s why I didn’t post anything bad. Today, June 12, I went again to buy 30 pc meal, I chose my 3 flavors and I didn’t ask about the ranch because I assumed they came with the combo, I got home and I didn’t have any ranch, so I go back to the store I talk to the same cashier as the first time and I tell her I made this order I show her my receipt and I tell her I missed my 3 ranch dips, she goes with another supervisor different from the first time and gives him my receipt, I tell him again I made my order of 30 pc Meal and they didn’t give me 3 ranch, he types on his computer and tells me 3 ranch would be $5.76 and I told him I don’t have to pay the meal comes with 3 flavors and 3 dips, why do I have to pay, for this in both cases I asked plain with the flavors on the side, not mixed, to which he tells me that I have to pay and I asked him again why? And he told me that when ordering the flavors on the side I swap my ranches, and I told him at no time did I ask you to swap them, and I told him that I’m not scamming you that the other supervisor told me that it was like that, and he told me that surely that supervisor was very nice at giving me the ranches for free, to which another customer brings him $5 and tells him to charge and give me the ranchs, it was a humiliating act, he received the money and they gave me the ranchs, I was 10 minutes trying to make him understand, if I am Bad, I would like some manager to answer me and tell me that if I order the flavors on the side that removes my ranch. I will never buy from this place again.
