  I've been a very faithful taco bell customer. Been coming here for many years like usually once or twice a week on average but it’s gone down hill and it I’d no longer my fav fast food place. I loved the crunch wrap sliders that they had for a short time recently though I thought it was really dumb that they got rid of the one with the jalapeno honey mustard sauce but still served the one with Chipotle sauce! They still served the chicken nuggets with the jalapeno honey mustard sauce, so why couldn't they put it on the crunch wrap sliders? (They're chicken nuggets are crap btw). But I still got their chicken nuggets sometime because I just loved their honey mustard sauce so much! Well today I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets combo from the app and sekedted the honey mustard sauce to go with it. When I got it there was no sauce in the bag at all. I called their attention to it, and they said that they were just completely out of the honey mustard sauce. So they just didn’t put any soft at all in with my nuggets? Those nuggets are horrible without sauce! They did offer me some other sauce, like avocado ranch, or something. I took the avocado ranch, but it just wasn’t the same. Also, there has been a long standing issue with me eating in their restaurants because of their obnoxiously, loud, high-pitched alarms that are constantly going off in the kitchen. (mind you, I do have an issue with a high sensitivity to sound) but I’ve asked them repeatedly if they could do anything about their alarms and they said they couldn’t. It makes eating inside the restaurant very uncomfortable for me. Plus they don’t clean their toilets enough since today i sat down on one and when I got up, I had a wet leg! GROSS! Very disappointed in Taco Bell right now!

  The crew here is amazing! I come here all the time and they were nice enough to put the creamy chipotle sauce in all my food items! Its like they read my mind. I can tell they work really hard too. I hope someone gives them a raise for 5 star service every time!

  Well the food was awesome but the service is good but it seemed like there was one kid running the entire thing! Also the bathrooms weren't the cleanest.

  I get taco bell all the time. I see that my experience may not be the same as many others here, but I’ve never had more actual ingredients put in my tacos/burritos than at this location. It was nice to say the least.

  I hate to leave reviews like this because I don’t like being the bad guy in these situations as I’ve worked in food and service. Buuuttttt…. This location consistently messes up and gives me the wrong mobile order and are in zero rush to correct it. I dont have this issue with other locations. The drive through is also the slowest out of any location. Whoever’s managing this has got to step it up. This team of under motivated employees is such a bummer. I hope management can get this figured out because this is such a conveniently located location for many many people and business is being driven away.
