  Waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes despite only ordering drinks and there being no one either ahead of us or behind us. Honestly would not have cared enough to write a review, but the girl who finally opened the window was so unbelievably rude that it made me mad enough to write maybe my first negative review ever. Horrible experience, hope that girl has the day she deserves.

  The last 2 times I have been they forgot part of my order or messed it up. Today they forgot a drink and messed up the size of another one, the staff are great it would just be nice to have it right

  The portions and quality were good, but nothing seemed fresh, like it all sat around for five minutes before being served. They had a problem redeeming my gift card and tried to charge me twice; I spent most of the meal haggling over that instead enjoying time with my daughter and nephew. It was nice to find a Sonic with indoor seating, though, since we came in separate cars.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience was absolutely horrible. I went with my family in hopes to get a fun family treat. My wife tried ordering a grape coconut cream slush, and my son wanted a blue coconut slush. I wanted a simple Diet Coke with vanilla. They completely messed up my order. I got to the drive thru and the girl gave me a completely different receipt with the wrong change. So my wife got a cherry cream slush instead of grape. And I did not even get my Diet Coke with vanilla. So then I look back toward the door and this employee opens the door and says you are still here? I said ya, I am still waiting on my Diet Coke with vanilla. She then said that’s not on the receipt. So then I was like well I ordered one. She then said I do not see it. Do you want to order another one? I said ya, So she made me order a completely new one. Horrible customer service and that employee treated me poorly. I hope she gets better training on customer service.
