  The person taking my order was talking to her coworker and laughing so much she didn't hear anything I said. I was given the wrong drink, and even that was made incorrectly.

  Train your employees better. Horrible customer service. So rude and incompetent. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

  From light fixtures that were falling apart and a broken door with the emergency exit for broken as well as a bathroom where the toilet look like it had been clean for at least a couple weeks because it had black spots with what look like mold growing on it and then the operator ended the conversation with me and then they had to have someone come out and help me so overall this was a terrible experience the food was decent but they had a promo for a 7.00 combo and they said that their location they didn't have that in honor it.

  This was the worst Sonic that I’ve been to. Ordered bacon on my burger, no bacon. Requested no onions on burgers and they put onions on both. The drink they gave us had no ice and was over spilled on the lid. Very sloppy, order wasn’t right, food wasn’t that great. I’d pass this one up and go to another place
