- VOVictoria OrtegaJul 30, 20261.0I'm not sure what's happened - this location used to be pretty consistent, but the past two times we've gone, the quality has changed. The first picture is pizza ordered with "regular" cheese, which looks fairly heavy and unevenly applied to me. Instead of complaining, we simply placed an order for another pizza with "light" cheese, which is apparently the full pizza in the second image - again, not too much of a perceptible difference to me. When we brought up the issue to the main pizza maker working the evening (9 PM) shift on Thursday, July 30th, we were told that he measured both pizzas according to standard regulations - and that was it. There was no offer to remake the pizza, no refund, and not even a single apology given. Duly noted, then - we won't be back. Extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory service.

The pizza showed up hot, the crust was soft with just the right amount of crisp on the edges, and they definitely didn’t go light on the toppings. I also got the garlic knots and, of course, had to use the little garlic butter sauce they throw in. That stuff never misses lol. Everything tasted fresh, my order was exactly how I asked for it, and the delivery was faster than I expected. The driver was friendly, and the food was still nice and hot when it got here. For a pizza night with family or friends, it’s a solid choice that you can count on. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
