  I frequent This McDonald’s a lot and it is so frustrating when I order eight sandwiches and four medium fries and they have the audacity to shove it all into one freaking bag drive-through order that once I get home, I have to carry it up to three flights of stairs and the freaking bag ripped out so now I’m pissed then I start passing out the kids a sandwich and I’m missing three of them. I don’t usually have problems with this McDonald’s and I’m not sure what is going on down there, but this is the second time in the last month. I’ve had issues at this McDonald’s whether it’ll be from a big order or a small order they can’t seem to get their shit together.

  This was a large fry. Much better outlet than the one in Orem who would mess up my order.

  Went through the drive through at 11pm and they were super fast and friendly Very patient with our indecisiveness

  ok first of all let me start out by saying that's the service was absolutely trash and then my meal even worse I got a hamburger and guess what it smelled like they pulled it out of a trash that has been sitting for weeks, oh and my McChickens I got 2 of them I wont lie one of them was cooked and fresh but the other one must have been sitting for hours it was cold and hard and then the fries weren't any better they had hair and clothing strings all over them and they weren't even fully filled. and then I go in the get help to see if they would fix the order or refund me I get told that they can't do anything about it so I leave eat the 2 chicken sandwichs and the one made me sick and I didn't even bother touching the damn burger I almost threw up when I smelt it first. and then about 30 minutes I go back and talk to a manager and guess what the manager tells me NO YOU ALREADY ATE HALF NO REFUND NO FIX like that's crazy cus I was starving and y'all wouldn't even do anything about it. like I'm NEVER EVER GOIN HERE AGAIN customer service here was so terrible I'm telling every one to not go here and I don't even recommend going here. this McDonald's is lucky they even getting 1star out of me if I could do 0 or negative stars I would. absolute terrible experience and now I'm out a bunch of money that I needed for other stuff.

  Today April 11, I was waiting for about 30 minutes for my order. I was trying to talk to the person in the counter and he was escaping from me all the time. There was a bunch of people waiting and none one helping. I’m not against laughing but these guys inside were joking around all the time and playing. None one could help me. This is getting worse everytime…
