I came here hungry to eat. The only reason we ate the little bit that we did was because we were hungry! The calzone was flat, doughy and not stuffed with ingredients that I’m used to. It was covered in sauce (I’ve never had a calzone covered in sauce, the server said “it’s traditional”) the sauce on the calzone and lasagna tasted Mexican rather than Italian. The lasagna had pepperoni in it… Is that “traditional”? Both were under seasone. The minestrone soup had Fidelio and I’m not sure what kind of beans in it, but not the traditional beans of minestrone. It was bland and flavorless. The Caesar salad dressing was bland, flavorless and watered down. The homemade bread was bland. I do not recommend this restaurant. I paid $66 and didn’t even eat half of it.

The worst food experience in my life, they don't refill your drinks, they bring you the wrong order, it seems like no one knows what they’re doing, people who arrived before us got their food after us, and their food looks like it’s frozen or from the dollar store. I’ve never left a review, but this experience was so bad that I felt I needed to.

If you love jarred/pre-fab food this is the place for you!
Very disappointed in our meal. Alfredo was gross, chicken was not freshly cooked and incredibly dry. Cheesecake was not made in house. Assuming store bought and kept in freezer by how it tasted. Minestrone soup that was 90% broth with a couple straggling noodles. And wasn’t even good broth.
Service was sub par. The guy that was serving had an attitude and would barely check on the 2 tables he had.

Rough service. Rougher food. We waited at the front for 5+ mins before anyone even noticed us to get us seated. (Only 2 tables were occupied)
Once seated, my wife and I had a feeling while we were reading the current reviews. We decided to stick it out due to a bunch of people that leave 5 stars because "this is a cute core place of Provo" even though none of them even know what good food taste like.
Low and behold, it sucked. I had the Cannellone, which had both ragu(meat sauce) and Alfredo. Both were obviously out of the can. The ragu had no meat whatsoever. Very unfortunate.

I love the amazing food here. Low review because every time my husband and I go there prices have been raised $2-3. It is not worth it to get a tiny slice of pre-packaged tiramisu for $11 (when they don’t even make it in house!) and my favorite dish, their penne Al pesto is a $20 and it was $11 a year ago. Very disappointing.
