The food and the vibes are both really good! Also 2 of my sisters and I got 2 small plates to share and it was plenty to eat, so it's a pretty good price for how much food you get.

Hungry Hawaiian Provo! We tried the spicy ahi poke bowl as well as the pork laulau & garlic chicken plates. Both came with Mac salad and rice. Topped it off with a shareable guava cake and mango & pina colada lemonades.
We were able to find parking right on the street. But we initially did drive around a couple times looking for parking, which was hard to find. If you're not from Provo I could see how one would find another place to eat so let due to trying to find a parking. Most of the parking (other than street parking) was marked and we didn't want to get a ticket. There must've been parking somewhere in the parking structure just behind the restaurant, because customers (that knew where to park) were entering the restaurant from the back end of the store.
Anyways, that did not deter us and we are glad to made the stop! Food was terrific! Garlic chicken was a little dry and the peas & carrots in the Mac salad was very different. Pork laulau prepared very well! Poke bowl was my favorite, so good. Guava cake delicious! Mango lemonade - refreshing!
Staff was very attentive and nice! It was a little hot in the dining area but I'm sure the direction of the sun had a big factor in that. Local Hawaiian Music and good company made the best meal.
We got there at just the right time because by the time we got our food the restaurant was full! It made sense, it's a great spot for local Hawaiian food!
Thank you HH! We'll be back soon! 🤙🏽

I first got hooked on the hungry Hawaiian teriyaki sauce I had an expo… then I found out they have a restaurant and I am obsessed! I have celiac disease and miss eating Hawaiian food since most of the time it is made with soy sauce that is not gluten free. I will be a regular for sure!
