The first time, I let it go because I assumed it was an honest mistake. However, when I came back a second time, the same thing happened again. What frustrated me the most was that the employee didn’t even seem to write down my order before making the drink. When I received it, it was missing the modifications I had specifically requested. It felt like the drink was made however the employee wanted rather than according to my order. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes very frustrating, especially when you’re paying for a specific product. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to customer orders and requests so other customers don’t have the same experience.

The birthday drink they gave me was not what I ordered and I didn’t know until I left because it was a similar color. Couldn’t turn back because it was packed and I didn’t have additional time to have them remake it. Lesson learned, check that the drink they hand you is actually what you ordered before you leave.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
