  I placed an order for a pizza, salad, and a Coke Zero. What I received was the wrong pizza, no salad, and no drink. Instead of fixing the issue, the receipt told me to “reach out to DoorDash” even though the order was through Uber Eats. Uber Eats refused to help, and when I called the store, the manager said there was nothing they could do. Completely unacceptable service from start to finish.

  Me and my wife got food poisoning from this location. We think it was bad chicken wings. Absolutely disgusting, don't waste your time here.

  Had my order cancelled for the 3rd time in a week. The 1st time was on my birthday because they said there was a “glitch” in the system and they don’t deliver to my address. A few nights later, I successfully had it delivered. Tonight, they cancelled my delivery order TWICE. No phone call at all. Once I called the restaurant, they said they were “gonna call, they just had to “figure it out possibly first?” But also that they can’t deliver it. I was extremely disappointed and once I shared that…I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!! This location is the absolute worst yet the best in how NOT to run a restaurant or treat a customer!!

  2 separate occasions will be reported here. 1: called and was told that they only had one driver, even after I hung up with the lady she was still listening and then started arguing with me, making it like it was my problem and I should feel guilty for them that they only have one driver. Talked with Aaron their district manager and told him I was going to call corporate which I did, which corporate made it right and Aaron was polite and responsive, the way a district manager should be. 2: call back today to order more pizza from the same store and the guy there put me on hold because he had pizzas coming out which I didn't understand what that meant. Sat on the phone for 4 minutes then hung up. Called to get a hold of Aaron once again to complain about the same thing "shortage of staff"at that cougar way store, this time Aaron wasn't as nice and basically I was the problem again, mind you I'm the customer, I don't know if they teach that in Domino's 101 that the customer's always right unless they're stealing. So here we are again, I'm feeling like I'm the problem and don't understand what's going on at that cougar way store. I do understand, you're either too busy taking pizza out of the oven or you're too busy trying to find somebody to drive for you or you're just too busy. I'm just sick of the excuses and I'll never dine at that store again. Let's see how Pizza Hut treats their customers on the phone.
