  I’m sitting here with wet pants waiting for my food to arrive because when you wash your hands the bathroom faucet sprays 360-degrees like a lawn sprinkler. It was a joyous experience. Staff when I told them said, “Yeah, that’s just how it’s made.” Let’s get to the food. It’s usually pretty good, but prices keep going up. For a sandwich, fries, and regular drink expect to pay $25. Now they charge you a 2.5% fee if you pay with credit card instead of debit or cash. Really? Then they ask for tips on top of that for their team to do their job. We used to go all the time for work. Now it’s too expensive to take employees.

  First time here and just wow. Deshawn was excellent and made my experience personable by making sure my food tasted delicious and correct. Being gluten free, it is hard to find good options but the variety and taste of the food is amazing.

  We had a great meal! The young man who took our order by the name of Kalyan was very professional and helpful. I ordered the Kale and Wild Rice salad, regular size, and it was a very generous portion. We also enjoyed the Houdini burger and Rosemary fries. Everything was great. We will be back!

  Here’s a version under 200 words: ⸻ I had a good experience at Cubby’s overall. At first, my order was made incorrectly, and I didn’t say anything right away because I was a little shy. Once I did let them know, they handled it quickly and kindly. They remade my food right away, and I didn’t have to wait more than about five minutes to get the corrected order. The staff was friendly and didn’t make it a big deal, which I really appreciated. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a place responds that matters—and they did a great job making it right.
