- JLJacob LoweAug 20, 20265.0I think in a lot of cases, you get what you give in terms of courtesy. But I feel like I got more than I gave from a tired-dad-wrangling-little-kids standpoint. Hayden (General Manager) and the other employees (especially a kind, older lady) there between 12:30-1:30 were quick to help, and even fixed an order that I had forgotten to ask be gluten-free, free of charge. Quality of food was standard among Chipotles I’ve been to, but I definitely got more than enough from just a chicken salad (no guac, yes extra lettuce). The pic is of HALF of my meal (cause I wrote this halfway through eating at home, and I had more food than I could comfortably eat inside the bowl it was served in).

If you want the real Chipotle flavors, experience, quality, & portions, it is well worth it to drive a few extra minutes to the one in Orem. As a die hard Chipotle fan, I have never been more disappointed. The portions are always ridiculously small for what the company is reputable for - especially for pick up orders. I have tried this location multiple times to see if it was just one employee, but it is consistently bad. The meat is typically burnt and they have forgotten my guacamole MULTIPLE times that I have paid extra for & unfortunately did not notice until I was home. By the looks of it, management does not seem to care to change their ways based on the reviews & lack of change. DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE. Not worth the money, time, or taste buds.
- KAKynsie AndersonAug 1, 20265.0The manager there helped me with so much patience and kindness while me and my family ordered. i have a lot of kids and it can be hard to get everything right with how picky they are. she was so kind and made sure everything was right. she had her whole team working on something, there wasn’t a person there who wasn’t working. Her name was Silvia.
